Empowering Men to Actively Participate In Education To many fathers do not understand the power of their presence at their children's schools. A father is key to academic support, buildling self-esteem, foundation for religious convictions, building communities and establishing unity and collaboration. More fathers, grandfathers and step-fathers need to be engaged more with the children in their lives. The world would be a better place when fathers take the lead in life and giving.
