Depression och självmord är betydligt vanligare bland äldre än bland yngre. Nästan 60 procent av de som har äldreomsorg upplever besvär med ensamhet. En känsla som om den inte tas på allvar kan leda till depressioner och psykisk ohälsa. I programmet möter du 77-åriga Gunnel som berättar om sina tankar kring ensamhet. Medverkar gör också Annette Öhrn från socialförvaltningens hälsofrämjande enhet som ger konkreta tips på vad man kan göra för att bryta ensamheten.
