Ep 01: Bryttany Curran: How to Transition from Athletic to Business Success

from A Fit & Able Life · host Fit & Able Productions

Bryttany has been an exemplar of healthy lifestyle since discovering her passion for swimming (and many other sports and activities too!) at a young age. She followed this passion all the way to the University of Tennessee where she swam four years as a Lady Vol. While at UT her athletic success took her to both SEC and NCAA Championship and to captain her team in her senior year.  But her success wasn't just in the pool, earning the SEC Academic Honor Roll and many community service awards, including the SEC Community Service Team. Following college she worked with HydroXphere, a swim meet management app, and now pursues her passion for psychology and philosophy coaching business teams at Novarete.   Through her academic, athletic, and now business experience she had learned a very important lesson. If your environment values the same things you do, that'll help you succeed. If you aren't somewhere that supports your goals you're less likely to succeed. That includes who your friends are! They’re lifestyles rub off on you.   Get the full show notes here: http://afitandablelife.com/bryttany-curran-how-to-transition-from-athletic-to-business-success/   Download your FREE ebook 101 Healthy Living Tips: https://fitandable.leadpages.co/fit-able-life-101-tips/   Join our FaceBook page: https://www.facebook.com/FitandAble Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/FitandAbleInc   Learn about our Events and Teams: http://fitandable.net Follow our Podcast: http://afitandablelife.com
