Episode Highlight: In this episode, I’m going to discuss the importance of finding your balance in interdependence on your trauma and anxiety healing journey.  As trauma survivors, we often develop survival mechanisms for us to feel safe as we experience relationships.  This usually shows up as codependency or as hyper independence, and sometimes we swing the pendulum fiercely back and forth between the two ends of this spectrum.  Today, I want to explore with you how to find the balance point in this swing.
