We also discuss why meat is good for you, why fat is healthy, cholesterol, and the Ancel Keys study, diabetes, vegan diets many of the themes in her book "Sacred Cow", co-authored with Robb Wolf, which was released after we did the interview. Diana has also just finished directing and producing a documentary film, also called "Sacred Cow: The Nutritional, Environmental Case for Better Meat", which will be released this year. In addition to "Sacred Cow", Diana has also written "The Homegrown Paleo Cookbook", and "Paleo Lunches on the Go".
