If I’ve learned nothing else from this crazy, busy mom life, it’s to simplify everything possible!

It’s so easy to feel all kinds of overloaded and overwhelmed when you’re schlepping kids and stuff all over the place, trying to check things off your never-ending to-do list, and managing a little extra time for the things you dream of doing. (Yes, girlfriend, that needs to be a priority.)

But what if it didn’t have to be hard?

That’s what a dear friend suggested to me recently. It changed the way I live my life, honestly. No question there are things in life that are REALLY hard, but what if we could find ways to simplify it and make it a little less stressful?

Highlights from this episode:

(02:02) Simplify your life to see the blessings all around you

(05:31) You never stop learning

(09:44) Share your accomplishments

(13:25) Simplifying stops the overwhelm

Mentioned on this episode:

Ep 1: The 3 E’s Philosophy

Ep 96: Paralysis by Analysis

Ep 111: No Excuses Needed

I hope this episode encourages you to take another look at those things that are stressors and rethink the possibility of finding a way to simplify them. It may feel daunting at first, but start with one thing you may be able to take off your plate to alleviate some stress. When in doubt…ask for help.
