I share the lore of our MDW cruise trip and then dive into deep water of my emotions lately. Life has been a weird uncomfortable limbo where a lot of things are occurring at once, nothing terrible but nothing that leaves you feeling good about anything. I walk through the types of coping mechanisms we often fall towards in moments like these and share what I'm doing to get through it - because the only way out is through.
