Rich Smith is the president and CEO of Henderson Engineers, a 50-year old company with more than 800 employees across the United States.  Henderson focuses on an employee-centric culture and a client-first mentality.  Smith has spent more than a quarter century at Henderson and is responsible for setting the company’s overall strategic vision and purpose, building corporate culture, improving internal and external communication, and fostering leadership engagement.
