In this episode, we talk about the book "The Anatomy of Peace" by the Arbinger Institute with my fellow student & friend, Matt Phillips. Matt is the student employment coordinator on campus here at BYU Idaho in the HR office. He started in the position in January but has worked in the HR office as a student employee for the last year. He was recently accepted into the Master's in Human Resources program at Utah State University and will attend in Fall 2026. He will begin working on his MBA later this year.
