You might be able to tell just by the name what I mean by this, but it is one of the most important things to keep in mind when searching for a job. Rather than sending in the same resume or application for 100 jobs, you could be much more successful by focusing on a couple jobs that you aligned with and could tailor your resume and application towards each of those jobs.
