New business peeps often struggle with how upfront to be about their values and non-negotiable standpoints. This year has even those of us who've been out here for a while need to review and refresh our stands. We also have to go a little further in making it clear to current and potential customers and clients. Every time you change you may (will) lose people. Getting comfortable with getting loud means getting comfortable with endings and goodbyes as well. Welcome to being human and running a business!
