The proof is is the results. And just how can you measure a better mindset and attitude, how do you measure focus, relaxed and the trust, you will get through the work I take clients through? The results are like the question, How long is a piece of string? In all my sporting and business seminars and workshops, I answer that question with a length of string, and the faces of the athletes and coaches are all the same... shocked. I am not going to share the answer now, I will let you listen. This result I share, is not a one off, it is a real and measured (official timing) result from an athlete that is no longer competing, and he has allowed me to share this.
