A vulnerable moment from December 16, 2019 where I attempt to take inventory of my emotional and mental state in order to get centered and avoiding a anxiety attack or an emotional breakdown from all the overwhelming emotions I was experiencing at this time. I wasn’t going to publish this because after listening I felt that I came off as weak. We be our own worse critic, right?! Well I feel completely differently so I hope this encourages and helps someone else. Enjoy.
