Pedro Rodrigues Filho, known as “The Brazilian Dexter,” was a real-life, self-proclaimed vigilante serial killer once referred to as the “perfect psychopath.”  This ruthless individual ranks in the top 5 serial killers of all time globally, and by his own estimate was responsible for taking the lives of over 100 drug dealers, criminals, rapists, and murderers.
