Ep30 - Christopher Krietchman: Body Building, Battling COVID-19 and Serving Others

from HIListically Speaking with Hilary Russo · host Hilary Russo

If you think body dysmorphia is gender specific, think again. Christopher Krietchman battled it for years. As a professional bodybuilder, numbers mattered. Add a learning disability on top of that fit fix and you have a potential formula for disaster.  It took years for Chris to turn his life around. But when he did, the shift created a wonderful opportunity to serve others in healthy living…and Wellvyl was born.  Then COVID hit and his results came back positive. Ten months have taught Chris a lot. To the point where his own health and wellness journey has him running for office with hopes of serving his community in a whole new way.  On this episode of HIListically Speaking, get to know how this strong man is lifting much more than weights to make the world a better and healthier place.  If you want to learn more about Chris, WellVyl or find out how you can support him on his crusade, check out his website at https://csk4mayor.nyc/ If you have a great story to tell or want to be the first to know about upcoming guests, giveaways, speaking engagements or events?
