From her beginnings in personal training, she transcended boundaries, delving into bodybuilding, conquering the CrossFit Regionals twice, and embarking on daring expeditions like traversing Mongolia's Gobi Desert on foot and kayaking Australia's Murray River. Elise's path, which meandered through dancing, acting, and singing in her youth, eventually converged into a fervent dedication to empowering others through fitness. Her own struggles with disordered eating led her to reshape her approach to training, finding solace and strength in powerlifting and CrossFit. With her husband by her side, she now embraces each day with the mantra "One Life, One Chance," committed to inspiring others to break free from societal beauty standards and pursue their own extraordinary journeys.
