Ep52. Three Practices To Cultivate More Happiness In Your Life.

from The Inner Wealth Podcast · host Mike Kitko

Send me a some feedback!Happiness is not something that happens to you, but something that you cultivate on a daily basis. You essentially choose to be happy, or not. Over the past 6 years I've shifted from despair to a life full of happiness, and in this episode I'll share the three practices which create more happiness. The primary elements of this episode are:Happiness is a personal decision, and no one makes you happy or miserable. You cannot make someone else happy, and no one else controls your happiness. You must own your happiness to create happiness. You need nothing, and deserve everything. Right now all of your basic needs are met. Make sure you are not viewing your "wants" as needs, and getting lost in the chase for more, when you have everything you need right now. The world is perfect, right now. That's right. Even with all of the conflict, turmoil, and drama playing out in the world, accept and embrace the world as it is. Influence better, but thinking it should be different right now causes unnecessary struggle.Music Credit: "What's Left of Me" by Wes Hoffman & FriendsLinks and Resources:Click here to visit our website to access free tools and resources, our Meditation Bundle, upcoming events, and our coaching service offerings. My Social Media:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/mikekitkoInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/mike_kitkoTiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikekitkoSubscribe to my YouTube: / @mikekitkoMike Kitko is an executive self-mastery coach, speaker and author.
