What is a Community of Practice? - Proposed by Jean Lave and Etienne Wenger circa 2015 - “Communities of practice are groups of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly.” - A real community of practice includes intention and direction of some kind, and is almost certainly incompatible with the notion of Serendipitous Collision.
