In this episode, I have sat down "virtually" with my good friend Symone (IG: @shrinkingsym) and discussed her journey through life with particular focus on the past two years or so when she took back control of her life and health by deciding to undergo a vertical sleeve gastrectomy (VSG) procedure or bariatric surgery.  Symone was an amazing guest and I really enjoyed having the conversation with her about her life as it has unfolded over the last few years and I hope you enjoy listening to it too.
