Thomas got involved in the cannabis industry in 2018 as a consultant for one of the early London based medical cannabis companies before founding Lumino (FKA Blume Jobs) in early 2019. Since inception, Lumino has supported clients across Medical, Business Ancillary and Plant Touching functions, in aligning specialised talent such as Master Growers, QP’s, Specialist Doctors, Commercial Directors & Marketeers and many more industry specific roles.
