In today's episode I speak to Myles who has had Crohn's Disease since he was 16 years old. Myles speaks about the different medication he has had, he also speaks about how he decided to speak out about Crohns after being embarrased to talk about his Crohns. He thinks you should be postitive about having Crohn's and not to be ashamed of having it, Myles also mentions how Crohn's has affected him mentally which is really important. Also be speaks about his journey with homeopathy. His journey is really good to listen too.
