Edward Reid is a singer and host based in Glasgow, he went viral on Britains Got Talent 2011 and is known for his amazing, positive energy.   In 2016 he trained and qualified at the British School of Mediation and now specialises in Mindfulness.  Edward has a wonderful approach to Mindfulness - his method is like no other. He is passionate about well being and loves sharing tips and techniques. Edward's 'Glaswegian' attitude to Mindfulness allows you to practice, realising it's something everyone can experience not just the enlightened. "I love having fun and when people are in a fun state they feel light and can relax easier. My aim is to take away any scary connotaions to Meditation and Mindfulness. I want to make it accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds and beliefs".
