Ukas gjest er Bjarte Ytre-Arne – mannen som ble et fast innslag i norske lørdagskvelder på 80-tallet. Som programleder i "Halvsju" fra 1982 til 1986 ble han et kjent og kjært ansikt for en hel generasjon barn og unge foran TV-en.   I denne episoden snakker vi om TV slik det en gang var – om rytmen, formatet og tilstedeværelsen som gjorde programmene til noe helt eget.
