from Empowered with Angela T. Moore · host Angela T. Moore, Herman Moore

Are you an entrepreneur? Have you taken a passion or a life calling and turned it into a business? Are you reaping the rewards or dealing with the many challenges of entrepreneurship? Serial entrepreneur, Herman Moore discovered the freedom of entrepreneurship and the benefits of having control over his brand and his business. He has put together a family of companies operating as a full suite of services, which include manufacturing, e-commerce, employee incentives, marketing and branding, as well as business intelligence platforms. In this episode, Herman openly talks about the many challenges he faced as a new entrepreneur after his NFL career and the wonderful lessons he learned along the way becoming a successful serial entrepreneur that he now shares with others. Herman entered into business in the early 2000s after a 12-year career as one of the most productive wide receivers in NFL league history. He spent 11 seasons with the Detroit Lions (1991-2001) and one with the New York Giants (2002), selected by the Lions in the first round (10th overall) of the 1991 NFL Draft. He was named to the NFL Pro Bowl on four occasions (1994-97) and NFL All-Pro three times (1995-97). In October 2007, Herman Moore was among 124 modern-era players, coaches, and contributors on the preliminary list of nominees for the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2008. Moore was one of only seven other first-year eligible to make the list. He was inducted into the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame in 2010.https://www.linkedin.com/in/hermanmoore/https://www.instagram.com/hermanmoore84https://empoweredbyangela.com/ Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company.
