It is official! We are now branch owners/affiliates of Adcom Group Inc (Home Trust Financial). Our Tacoma branch went live Feb. 1!Journey to get to where we are now.We started out just being happy that we had better rate offerings and saving our clients’ money to daring to dream of owning our own branch. We initially thought we were 18-24 months away from realizing that vision. However, by surrounding ourselves with successful people and people speaking life and vision into us, we went from a thought to an idea to a goal to an action plan. A lot of our past episodes we alluded to our 90-day massive action plans. This is the fruit of those labors. We worked long hours, put in time on weekends and really took our time to develop our vision and turn it into a plan with actionable steps to get there. Loan We Have to offer (examples of people we have helped)A lot of what we do is help buyers get into a home. We really excel at helping people who have served or are currently serving in our armed forces. There is a special place in our heart for Veterans or Active-Duty Military members. We have some amazing products to help them.We of course do the normal conventional and FHA financing with low down payment options. Since we have such a wide array of investors, we work with we have a huge product offering to meet the needs of a wide range of scenarios.Recently we have been helping a number of people refinance their loans to reduce their monthly payments and/or pull money out of their home to consolidate debt and reduce their overall monthly outflow of cash. Investors are another big demographic. We are currently helping custom home builders fund projects, helping investors purchase investment properties with minimal documentation, helping people find properties with our realtor partners for adult family home conversions and the list goes on. We have such a tremendous arsenal of products to help our investor community. A Look ahead!We will be working on refining our systems and processes to ensure the highest level of customer service. We will also be onboarding loan officers to our team this year with plans of developing branches in other cities and locations. On our radar: Vancouver, WA, Tucson, AZ, Austin, TX, San Diego, CA. Of course the creation of digital content with forward thinking mindset of staying involved with our community with events like Swing for a Soldier.Wrap Up We encourage anyone listening to this show to develop their vision into a plan and then working on a 90-day massive action plan to time block action items to achieve your goals and vision. What we have learned is that there are times it feels like we are trying to sprint through quicksand in a pair of oversized rubber boots, but you just have to keep grinding and reinforcing your vision so you continue to move in the right direction. Home Trust Tacoma Announcement
