Episode 15 - Heidi Maduhu - Inspirational entrepreneur and coach

from The Leadership Lounge Podcast · host Stuart Waddington

This weeks Episode - I had the pleasure of hosting Heidi Maduhu who is a born for Entrepreneurship: Like my mother, and my mother's mother before me. It all started with Abuelita Pascuala planting one seed in Callao's impoverished soil and praying it would sprout. Little did she have any idea of what those initial seeds would one day grow - physically, as in harvest after harvest of roquito peppers, of which she rapidly became the entire district's provider, but inspired by her entrepreneurial spirit, her youngest child (my mother) immigrated to the USA from Peru at the tender age of 16 in search of the American Dream. By the sweat of her brow and willingness to trek uphill through hardship, that single mother then worked three jobs and completed her degree as a Registered Nurse. She later owned a mail center, then a home health business, and now has amassed financial freedom by way of a vast (and ever growing!) property investment portfolio. I stand on the shoulders of many giants, but these matriarchs in particular just as surely as their gritty blood runs through my veins. I am strong and tenacious just like those women before me, overflowing with driving enthusiasm, and I live out to the fullest a purposeful intentionality powered by an immovable 'people-first' and 'adding value' foundation. Strengths, Leadership and Entrepreneurship Coaching and Mentoring is my specialty (believing each has the propensity to build on the next like a staircase). I'm also a Corporate Trainer utilising the power of DiSC methodology, storytelling, and the Maxwell Leadership Game to achieve lasting team transformation and heightened morale. In addition, I'm available worldwide for speaking engagements as a Motivational Teacher. Public Speaking is one thing but if folks remain unchanged afterwards then we've missed the point. Freedom Entrepreneurship starts with a single carefully planted seed. With the right climate, nutrients and soil, there are no limits to the explosive growth into freedom we can achieve - let's cultivate together! #growFREED If you want to reach out and connect with Heidi on LinkedIn – https://www.linkedin.com/in/hmaduhu/ Basic format – 20 minutes to help you on your leadership journey PLEASE ENJOY Make sure you follow/subscribe to my social media platforms - Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/STARDevelopmentuk/ LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/stuart-waddington-1882b4aa/ Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/stuart_waddington/?hl=en YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2x388h9BiwofjDJbXfz_hg Spotify - #Leadership – What’s on your mind?
