What do you identify as?

Did you pick one thing? You don’t have too.

As humans we have the unique ability to be able to identify ourselves many different ways. For example, on here I am a coach, but I am also a Father, Husband, Son, Friend, writer, hockey player, speaker and much more. The list goes on. I don’t singularly identity as just one thing - I am OK being complex and having many aspects that make me - me.

Don’t allow the game you play or society’s rules dictate who or what you are - thats up to you. Also know that the aspects of your life that you use as an identity can and will change over the course of your life - and thats OK.

YOU are MORE than just one thing - don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.

I believe in you, you should too.
