Episode 151 – What’s Next?

It’s time once again to chin-scratch a little and ask “What’s Next For Agile”?  As in 2019, agility needs to leave the team room and venture into the organization more uniformly. This is no longer a technology-only concern.  However, one year later, we’ve learned a lot about what is essential – in terms of local versus remote working, and focusing on customer outcomes and experiences.  Competition is no longer the primary driver – survival is.   So it’s time to learn how to boil down what we know about Agile delivery and make it more accessible, more quickly.   If you’re a practitioner, I highly recommend you practice these skills, because 2020 has produced an awfully big wave of newly certified professionals…and you’re going to need to hone in on your distinction if you, too, wish to survive and compete.
