Episode 18: A Candid Conversation About Mental Health With Kylie

from Woo As Fuck

Episode Notes This week we are joined by Megan's childhood best friend Kylie to discuss mental health and all that comes along with those very real struggles. This episode was recorded about a month ago, but wasn't originally released because the audio quality wasn't the best. However, the content of the episode is really important, so I decided to work with it as much as I could to make it acceptable. Within this episode we talk about finding time for yourself to be a whole person outside of being a mom, mental health, our relationship to food and our bodies, our relationship with mental health, end of life planning, and a lot of other topics that are related to mental health. This is a less woo episode, but mental health is often the first (and most important) thing that we need to consider along our journey to healing.
