In today's Episode I am joined with Matt who speaks about his journey with Crohn's Disease. Matt was diagnosed with Crohn's in 2012, Matt explains his whole story and he speaks about different treatments and medications he has undergone and he said he was initially diagnosed with Ulcarative Colitis and then got diagnosed with Crohn's. Matt also tallks about getting a stoma and how he cameback to the sport he hasa lot of passion Rugby, he continued playing Rubgy with a Stoma. Matt never let's anything bring him and speaks openly about his Crohn's Disease. Matt is inspiring to others and his advise is don't let your illness bring you down. This episode is a great listen
