Episode 19: Business Strategy for the creative mind.

  In this episode I talk to my mentor and coach Dana Malstaff all about business strategy, creating a path of problem-solving for your clients and becoming visible within the creative world.   Takeaways from today's show: Your clients need to follow a clear path through your creative business, where you solve one of their problems at a time. This means your not overwhelming them with all the different creative products your offering, but you focus on their most significant need and solving it, before your move on to the next. Pitch as many Podcast, magazines, blogs or other relevant places to your creative business. If necessary let someone else handle all the pitching. This will over time build up the momentum. (Just a side note: It took Dana 18 month to get to a place where people saw her as a real expert and started asking her to be on their media channels) You need to stand for more than just creating your creative work. What is the drive behind it?
