CJ talks openly about Crohn's Disease to advocate and educate people about it. We talk about how Crohn's Disease and Covid-19 can affect to your mental health. CJ speaks about how you can feel isolated at first while having Crohn's Disease and that having it a while you find there is much people that have it and you can relate to in the IBD community. CJ also offers awesome advise, this episode is an fantastic listen.
