Erinn Ford, President of KMS Financial, stumbled into the financial services industry after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Speech Communication. Beginning her career in her family's practice, she used her experiences there as stepping stones to reach her ultimate goal of becoming an executive leader.

On today's episode, Erinn shares the lessons she has learned throughout her career that have given her the confidence to empower not only herself but others as well. She is a strong advocate for women in financial services and is an inspiration to many—tune in now to hear her story.
