On November 15, 2004, 52-year-old Peter Porco failed to arrive at the law office he worked at his boss was alarmed and sent a Clerk to the Porco home to check on Peter and his wife Joan. When the Clerk arrive at the couple home he found blood smears all over the porch and the door. When he took a peak inside the unlocked home l he made a gruesome discovery just feet from the front door. The couple had been attacked with an axe.
