We extend grace to others so easily, yet when it comes to ourselves, we hold on to guilt, shame, and regret. But what if our ‘mistakes’ were actually redirections? In this episode, I share a personal story of questioning my decisions, my worth, and even my credibility as a coach... only to realize that self-forgiveness isn’t about erasing the past, but making peace with it.Join me as we explore how to shift self-talk, embrace self-compassion, and finally let go of the weight we were never meant to carry. Because healing begins when we give ourselves permission to be human.
