Episode 42 - Jupiter Ascending

In this episode of the show, we are diving deep into our new "Circling The Matrix" series by discussing one of the more recent outings directed by the Wachowskis, namely Jupiter Ascending. Over the course of our conversation, we attempt to figure out why this movie was received negatively upon its initial release, argue over whether its world-building and exposition-heavy writing is an acquired taste or if it is a fundamental detriment to the enjoyment of the movie, comment upon the film's attempt to mesh classical fairy tales with the language of space opera and - among many other things - we spare no expense critiquing Eddie Redmayne's god-awful performance as the story's foremost villain with a hoarse throat.  Tune in and enjoy!
