In this episode, it was our pleasure to get to know Mrs. Tracy Klier, a wonderful first-grade teacher at Hartford Elementary School. Hartford is one of the several Title 1 elementary schools in the Chandler Unified School District, and we were so encouraged by Mrs. Klier’s stories and memories about teaching there. Tune in to hear more about her experiences. Thank you to Hartford Elementary and its principal, Heather Anguiano, for giving us this special opportunity.

Living Fearlessly with God's Promises Daniel Filler In a world where fear paralyzes so many people it often feels like there’s little hope for a life filled with joy, peace and power. COVID-19, sickness, addictions, business struggles, unemployment, politics, relationships, the list goes on and on. Our circumstances often tell us that we are a failure, unloved, irrelevant or a mistake. But circumstances lie to us all the time. God is calling for you to look beyond your circumstances to what He says is true, to the promises He has given to you and spoken over you. God says you are a masterpiece and that He greatly treasures you. You are fully known and loved by the creator of the universe who calls you a son and daughter because of Jesus Christ. God wants you to live every day fearlessly and empowered with the peace, love and joy He provides. Living Fearlessly with God’s Promises is all about the authentic and undeniable love God has for you! Gods commitment to relationship with people is astounding. His kindness constantly transcends our wandering and the fragile promises we make to Him. We were made for divine romance. The kind of romance that simultaneously treasures awe and intimacy. The life giver has given us breath, thought, words and time. We want to respond by joyfully giving them back to Him.We love stories. Jesus was never without a story when He spoke. (Mark 4:33-34 MSG) God is the great communicator. He is constantly talking to us through scripture, creation, people and circumstance. We in turn are telling His story through our everyday lives. When we stop for a second in this busy, bustling world, we see his grace and faithfulness in all the details. Our response to this becomes our projection of who we see Him to be.We love songs. From the earliest days of C+A we have searched for a soundtrack to accompany our daily journey. Its the sound of rhythmic reverence to the melody of Dueling Pistols Dueling Pistols Wine Both men raised a pistol for the chance to start again. One would pull the trigger to protect a friend. One to eliminate an enemy. Of the seven witnesses, one man had just struck gold, one spoke a psalm to clear away the sins of his son, and two men present were no men at all. The town Madame was there, her pockets lined with treasure. The Mayor was there, believing himself a king. The Sheriff arrived as they were counting out their paces; but not even he would attempt to stop these dueling pistols. This is a historical fiction story set in the gold rush era. The story is inspired by a wine named Dueling Pistols.
