In today's episode I'm joined with Ryan who has had Autism since he was 13, 14 years old. He speaks about his Autism and ADHD, we both have some similarlarities, we speak about different things surrounding Autism such a scrapping on plates different things that irritate us. We also speak about Routine which has changed so much. This episode was recorded near Christmas time, Ryan is from Northern Ireland we do have a chat about football and Covid-19. Ryan give awesome advise saying that it's okay getting diagnosed young with Autism because you understand it more when you get older, Ryan's sister also has Crohn's Disease. This episode is great and the 2nd episode from Northern Ireland. Episode 5 of season 5 is a banger!
