Episode 63

from THE KNGDOM PODCAST · host KNG GOLF

Welcome to Episode 63 of the KNGDOM – a golf-focused show with a variety of sports, music, and commerce mixed in.  This was a really fun episode for us and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did. We dove into a few of Golf's Greatest Mysteries including Tiger Woods at the 2000 PGA Championship, The Kidnapping of Robert Allenby, The Disappearance of Anthony Kim, and 10 Things [They] Don't Want You To Know About Augusta National and The Masters.   We have some crazy information about Augusta National including how to become a member, how long the CBS deal is for The Masters, and even a little story on how Augusta was transformed into a cattle operation during World War 2!  We also have a debate on whether or not Tiger's ball was "improved" or not by a fan in the playoff hole at Valhalla during the 2000 PGA Championship. Tiger went on to win the tournament and complete the TIGER SLAM, but could things have gone differently if we all had cell phones in our pockets at that time in history?  We also have a new project in the works called The KNGDOM. The KNGDOM is a platform we are building to showcase the best golf content on the globe. How the hell are we going to do that? Well, we're going to be paying people for their golf content to be shared across our social channels.  We are now going to be paying YOU for your golf content to be shared across our platforms. With a unique pay structure - a cryptocurrency called TFUEL, our goal is to showcase the best golf content on the globe. We believe that if you capture a video, you should be the one rewarded for it.   For more information on this, head to https://knggolf.ca/pages/the-kngdom We are expanding our online presence and you can now find us on YouTube, Rumble, and our favorite ThetaTV.  Our mission is to share interesting golf stories, to help promote and grow the game, and to help you knock a few digits off your handicap along the way. If you are interested in any of the above of just love golf content, make sure to give this video a like and subscribe to the channel. It makes a huge difference and we really appreciate it!
