Adam has a background in a multitude of sports, football, rugby, hockey, but the main one was cycling. Coming from a family with a deep history in the sport, Adams grandad was an Olympic standard cyclist, he fell in love with it and was compelled to enjoy the time trialling aspect of the sport.

having joined his local club over as a youngster, his hard work and ability led him to break records in the Team British Best All rounder Time trial event, which combines 50mile 100mile 12hour time trials.

He then moved on to multisport using his background in cycling to his advantage, to help him win bronze in the 2020 European Standard  Duathlon champs and then in 2022 he won Gold in the Standard World Championships.

Adam is determined to break into triathlon and his long term goal is to complete the Ironman distance.
