He leverages his “dual-citizenship” in the public and private sectors to guide startups across sectors in developing and executing policy and lobbying operations at local, state, and national levels. Prior to founding Catapult Policy Strategies, Pete was Uber’s Senior Transportation Policy Development Associate, where he tackled issues including autonomous vehicle policy, accessibility, and background checks. Pete led efforts to integrate Uber with transit agencies and build partnerships with the transportation and urban planning communities.
