He is married to his wife Jessica, has 5 kids and is ordained for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles where he serves at St. Gerard Majella Parish. During our conversation, Deacon Charlie shared a bit of his story of how he came to be the Founder and Managing Director at Black/Brown as well as a permanent deacon in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles as we also discussed the need to be missionaries to the Latino community coming of age in the Church today.
