Se trataba de un proyecto de 45.000m2 comercial, retail, fitness, cine, exhibición, edificio de usos mixtos. Principales características al analizar un pliego BIM Identificar los requisitos BIM: El pliego debe especificar los requisitos BIM específicos que se esperan para el proyecto. Esto puede incluir modelos BIM, intercambio de datos, software específico de BIM, etc. Identificar los objetivos del proyecto: Es importante comprender los objetivos del proyecto y cómo se utilizará el modelo BIM en el proyecto en general. Identificar el alcance del proyecto: El pliego debe indicar el alcance del proyecto y qué elementos deben ser modelados en 3D.
