Eric Horton: Hacking Military Transition

Eric Horton has been working for years on helping veterans in the community and making the transition from service to civilian. His nickname "The Transition Hacker" is widely known from his transition "hacks" he posts, as well as other tips and tricks on making the military transition. Recently, Eric was asked to take on a large role with the state of Tennessee. He accepted, and his impact on veterans and their families around the country has grown. He now represents the "Show Me State" as the Director of Veterans Services. Me and Eric discuss transitioning, veterans services, being a veteran advocate, and of course, what Tennessee is doing to make it the most veteran-friendly state in the country.
