About our guest: Adele is Marketing Director at pioneering sustainable food company Ecotone UK, which owns change-making and market-leading brands Clipper Teas, Whole Earth, and Kallo.  An accomplished and commercially-savvy marketeer, Adele’s expertise stretches across strategy development and brand building for both national and challenger brands. She Specialises in the full breadth of marketing from consumer and category insight to full 350 activations.  No stranger to the big players, Adele has ten years at PepsiCo under her belt, working in the brand teams for Walkers and Doritos before she made the switch to Ecotone UK. She started out as Brand Controller for Whole Earth, and moved on up into Head of Category for Hot Drinks in the European team for Clipper.  Adele stepped in the role of Marketing Director almost a year ago, and has solidly led the brands into new territories so far: with disruptive NPD innovation, distribution gains, and cementing their positions amid challenging times following the cost-of-living crisis.   Please visit https://www.ecotone.bio/ for more details on what we discussed.
