We are joined by Madison Hedding who previously worked for Florida State University as a Marketing and Promotions Assistant, Wofford College, and graduated from Washington State. She is currently the Communications Director at 223 Agency a Digital Marketing Firm. Like many others, Madison had to adjust to the effects of the pandemic on the sports industry job landscape. Sometimes there are certain things we cannot control. Madison's previous position was eliminated due to COVID-19 and she had to adjust.
