On this week's episode I'm talking about something called expat grief. Even if your moving to a new country for positive reasons, like a better job or a better life, it's not always easy and there are challenges to face plus moving in itself, is a major grief event. I believe that a lot of expats suffer from this type of grief as it's not only centered around death, it's many losses, so it's important to recognize that these thoughts and feelings that come up from time to time are normal and natural.
