After that, create posts that incite user engagement, such as polls or questionnaires. Ultimately, show your user base that you are genuinely interested in them as people, not just numbers, and your group will become a community.   Deafening Silence Quick! What do I do if I post a questionnaire and hear nothing but crickets? Post something that, at least, gets people reacting, even if it’s not entirely related to your group: A silly picture, a fact about your industry, or anything that will get people talking amongst themselves and, ideally, amongst each other. Be patient and consistent, and your following will grow.
