Facilitating Payment and Cash Flow in the The Construction Industry

  The Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA) was gazetted on 22nd June 2012 and introduces statutory adjudication, a form of dispute resolution, to resolve payment-related construction disputes and to facilitate cash flow within the construction industry.
