Do understand the depths of change? One of the things I know for sure is that you cannot change what you are not willing to face. When you realize that you want something different for your life it requires that you do something different. There is just absolutely no way around it. Rather than seeing the responsibility of what becomes of your life as a burden, as something to be afraid of, realize you are not powerless and there is joy in choosing what comes of your life.
